Online coaching can be used by anyone, anywhere, it offers you the convenience to fit your training around your schedule, it’s flexible and most importantly its affordable if you are unable to pay for 1-2-1 training. With Online Personal Training you can work from anywhere in the world.
How does Online Personal Training work with DCMFitness?
Once you sign up to our Online Personal Training programme we start with an initial phone call to discuss all your goals and targets, what your current fitness levels are, training history and other conditions we may need to be aware of.
We will then send you an online questionnaire which goes through all this in much more detail and gives us all the information we will need to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme. This information is key as we ensure that all our programmes are created specifically for you and to help you achieve your personal and fitness goals.
Once you receive your programme we are here to help you every step of the way. We work closely with each of our clients by having weekly check-ins, a weekly personal video chat to discuss your plan and progress further. Your plan will be changed accordingly as you make progress and most importantly we will track your nutrition and prepare food plans, this can be done via apps or through one of our catered plans. We keep in contact with our clients via phone, text, WhatsApp and email to ensure you stay motivated, focussed and achieve your goals!
