An important way to help your child with weight loss, maintaining a normal weight and develop healthy eating habits, to encourage them to participate in regular physical activity or  be trained for a specific event that they need help training for.

Some of the questions that get asked about children’s fitness:
  • Will it effect their growth?
  • Should they be working out?
  • How long should they work out for?
  • Should children lift weights?
 
At DCMFitness we believe that a young athlete’s development is important in order to educate them from a young age in learning how to train correctly.

This session is designed to enable children from the ages of 8 to 10 to get the best out of their present sporting activities and help lay the foundations for the correct physical development.

We create a safe and effective session designed for children to progress. It is important that this is run at their own pace and we believe at DCMFitness in building a strong, fit and healthy family unit. That’s why we offer you also the opportunity to bring your children along to join in any of your own personal training sessions free of charge!
 
Our kids fitness programme offers the following:
  • 5 minute warm up session
  • 40 minute exercise session
  • 5 minute cool down session
